Believe me, I was there too. At one point I was so burnt out, I was so busy shooting other people's family & newborn photos that it felt like I couldn't have the space to even take my own.
The reality is that you don't have to drown your calendar with shoots, or have 10k followers to raise your prices. You don't need to be ranking on Google, and you don't need to (and absolutely should not be!) glued to your phone, doing the next big trend on Instagram just to get seen by potential clients. Well friend, all of this is SO very possible. It took me going the long way around the bend, but I have never been more aligned in my business after taking crucial steps, mindset shifts, and powerful transitions to get me here!
What does an intentional business look like to you?
Right now, this is what ours looks like: we take Fridays off of work for family days, we go to the aquarium on weekdays, we say YES to the destination weddings that we want to take, we bought a brand new dream house in April, and of course, I take real time off for maternity and postpartum (baby #2 coming this year!!), all while maintaining a successful and thriving business that is running on auto-pilot.
This is the first year in your business that you hit 6 figures. But you're NOT overworking. You're not desperate for bookings, and in fact, you feel like you hit the absolute JACKPOT with dream clients this year. (Not to mention, they are OBSESSED with you too).
