What does an intentional business look like to you?

Right now, this is what ours looks like: we take Fridays off of work for family days, we go to the aquarium on weekdays, we say YES to the destination weddings that we want to take, we bought a brand new dream house in April, and of course, I take real time off for maternity and postpartum (baby #2 coming this year!!), all while maintaining a successful and thriving business that is running on auto-pilot.

To be honest, making a lot of money is just not worth it if you're sacrificing time with the ones you love most, or if you're working your body to the bone without rest, or heck even working with clients who aren't YOUR people.
